Welcome to Leo India Packers and Movers. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Leo India Packers and Movers provides packing, moving, transportation, warehousing, and related services. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your booking.

2. Quotations and Pricing

a. All quotations provided are valid for 15 days unless otherwise specified.
b. Final pricing may vary based on actual volume, distance, additional services required, or changes in circumstances.
c. Extra charges may apply for services like packing/unpacking, handling of special items, or storage services.

3. Booking and Cancellation

a. Bookings must be confirmed in writing (email/WhatsApp) along with advance payment as requested.
b. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may incur cancellation charges.
c. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Customer Responsibilities

a. Provide accurate information about items to be moved, including special handling requirements.
b. Ensure proper documentation and permissions for transportation when required.
c. Be present during packing, loading, unloading and unpacking or appoint an authorized representative.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, perishable goods, or items prohibited by law. Customers will be solely responsible for any damages or legal consequences arising from transportation of such items.

6. Liability and Insurance

a. We take utmost care in handling your goods, but recommend purchasing transit insurance for full coverage.
b. Basic liability coverage is limited to ₹100 per kg for uninsured goods.
c. Claims for damages must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence.

7. Payment Terms

a. Advance payment may be required for booking confirmation.
b. Balance payment is due before unloading at destination.
c. We accept cash, bank transfers, and digital payments. Cheques are subject to clearance.

8. Delay in Services

While we strive to maintain schedules, we shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. We encourage customers to first contact us at info@leoindias.in to resolve any issues amicably.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
